I am an experienced Psychotherapist (UKCP Accred) and Chartered Occupational Psychologist (CPsychol, BPS) who is committed to continually learning new ways to helping my clients. I believe in the innate ability of my client to deal with life no matter what challenges they have experienced or are experiencing. I work with my clients to help them gain perspective and raise their awareness on what they can do to help themselves move forward in their lives.
